  • A New Zealand native with a banking background, Stern founded Dot in 2018. Frustrated with the innate inefficiencies of the property market, Dot’s mission is to decouple housing from bureaucracy using intelligent processes.

    Gray previously co-founded Landbay, a fast-growing marketplace lender that provides mortgage finance to the UK’s private rented sector.
  • After 6 years in management consulting and investment banking, Fraser relocated to the UK in 2014 to take up an Advisory role at Legal & General, where he helped set up asset management operations in the UK, US and Hong Kong. Before joining Dot, Fraser spent 18 months helping Settled (the online estate agent) establish its finance and operations functions. Fraser is a CFA Charterholder and holds both Psychology and Finance degrees from Macquarie University, Sydney.
  • Shameel’s most recent role was Portfolio Manager at early stage equity fundraising platform Seedrs. He was responsible for building the post-raise proposition for over 500 Seedrs funded companies including Revolut, Landbay, FreeAgent and Wealthify.

    Prior to Seedrs, Shameel worked at a global accounting firm having graduated from the University of Exeter with a first in History and Politics.
  • Over 15 years’ experience managing the PR strategies of major tech, finance and fashion companies, most recently Lucy was Head of PR at the early stage equity fundraising platform Seedrs.

    Prior to that Lucy was the UK PR Manager for Amazon Marketplace, where she also lead the UK launches of Amazon Lending, Launchpad and Tickets.
  • Gregor Watson
    A real estate, finance and technology entrepreneur who has founded multiple successful companies including the online investment platform Roofstock; debt fund 1Sharpe; asset manager 643 Capital; and Dwell Finance, a lender that he sold to Blackstone.

    Gregor opens doors for Dot in finance and real estate acquisition globally.
  • Devin Wade
    A serial entrepreneur who has enjoyed a number of successful exits in the American payments industry.

    His most recent startup, Roofstock, is an online real estate investment platform headquartered in San Francisco and backed by major American VCs including Bain, Canvas, Khosla, Lightspeed, QED and Silicon Valley Bank.
  • Mike Self
    Over 20 years’ experience in investment banking and technology IPOs, Mike was an MD at technology investment bank Hambrecht & Quist and then JPMorgan.

    After running a highly successful hedge fund Mike is now a General Partner at the LA-based seed investment firm Stage dot O, whilst also managing the wealth of a number of leading American athletes.
