The Containerisation of Real Estate™

Every property that you lend against is held within its own Dot Container, a new SPV that we form with tax and compliance work undertaken independently by Big 4 accounting firm EY.

This ringfences the asset, including its cashflows, allowing Dot to control and optimise management and performance. By decoupling the asset and income from the investor/owner we mitigate many of the risks associated with property lending, allowing you to focus on the fundamentals of the asset itself.

Dots Containerisation concept allows the seamless acquisition and/or sale of debt, creating a tradeable bond-like asset, minus the high costs of securitisation.
